Deconstruction: Realtor.com Identifies America's Boom Towns
The National Association of Realtors designated website Realtor.com, a subsidiary of Move Inc. released news identifying the top “Boom Towns” in America. The list included the top ten booming zip codes based on strongest job growth, household formation and housing starts across the country. The listed booming zips are meant to inform buyers, builders and real estate agents on which zip codes have the highest growth and income potential over the next five years. The release went out on April 18th and did not prove to create any buzz, as it was picked up only by a handful of investor relation aggregates and a single law blog.
